This is Julie, founder of Julhs. I wanted to share a personal story that reaffirms my belief in choosing products that truly last.

Years ago, before a 10-day European trip, I impulsively bought an inexpensive imitation leather bag for the trip. It seemed perfect at the time—three compartments for organizing essentials like my passport, wallet, and gadgets, plus a secure zip top and crossbody strap for peace of mind. Years later, while cleaning, I found it - and the coating had peeled off, sticking to my wooden shelf. Seasonal changes and poor ventilation had degraded the artificial material. The bag was ruined, and my shelf was damaged by its bright blue residue. That "smart" purchase turned into an unnecessary mess.

A Better Choice
