We ship worldwide free. Delivery window is 2-8 days depending on your location. Once your order and payment method are verified and authorized, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. If for any reason you would like to make changes to your order detail (quantity, color, delivery address) please notify us immediately: info@julhs.com and we will assist you with the change.

Wait time for pre-ordered items will be longer than usual – in most cases between 2-4 weeks on top of delivery window. We will email you with an estimated ship date as soon as an order is placed. We will send another email when your order is ready to ship.
Track Your Orders
Look for an email sent to you from Julhs.com with tracking and courier information. We partner with DHL, Fedex, UPS and EMS.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days upon receipt of your delivery. Returned merchandise must be intact with tags. Contact info@julhs.com and we will email you a prepaid return label. Pack your returns along with an original receipt securely in a box of your choice and affix the prepaid label on the outside of the box. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
Exchange
We are unable to exchange an item that is already shipped and delivered. If you need to change an item, please return the item following the return policy and place another order. If you would like to exchange an item that is not yet shipped, contact info@julhs.com and we will assist you with the exchange.
