Returns

We accept returns within 30 days upon receipt of your delivery. Returned merchandise must be intact with tags. Contact info@julhs.com and we will email you a prepaid return label. Pack your returns along with an original receipt securely in a box of your choice and affix the prepaid label on the outside of the box. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

Exchange

We are unable to exchange an item that is already shipped and delivered. If you need to change an item, please return the item following the return policy and place another order.
