damp cloth and drying promptly. Seek professional help for severe
stains and scuff marks. If you own our vegetable tanned leather
goods, use dry cloth and avoid contact with moisture as they can
leave water mark. If suede, use a suede brush to lift the nap.

Once your order and payment method are verified and authorized, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Track Your Orders

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days upon receipt of your delivery. Returned merchandise must be intact with tags. Contact info@julhs.com and we will email you a prepaid return label. Pack your returns along with an original receipt securely in a box of your choice and affix the prepaid label on the outside of the box. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

Exchange

We are unable to exchange an item that is already shipped and delivered. If you need to change an item, please return the item following the return policy and place another order. If you would like to exchange an item that is not yet shipped, contact info@julhs.com and we will assist you with the exchange.
